� Email fellow coaches/parents to recruit players with potential.

� Organize camp to accommodate 4 campers per goal!

� Run adds in local papers.

� Make sure the facility will accommodate all campers.

� Break areas for lunch.

� First aid and medical kits available.

� Water/Gatorade/Jugs available on camp floor w/ towels.

� Ice/Bags availability.

� 1 basketball per camper

� 1 floor spot per camper.

� Floor tape, scissors, ball pump, needle, extra nets.
